L’immobile strutturato su due livelli, è composto da cucina, soggiorno e bagno al piano terra, mentre al primo piano vi sono due camere da letto ( per un totale di quattro posti letti) e un bagno. A pochi metri vi è la spiaggia della Spinazza, raggiungibile facilmente a piedi. Marzamemi è un bellissimo borgo marinaro, che attrae migliaia di visitatori ogni anno. A pochissimi chilometri potrete raggiungere Pachino, la città di Noto famosa per il barocco, la bellissima spiaggia di San Lorenzo, la riserva naturale di Vendicari, Siracusa e molto altro. We propose in the center of Marzamemi, in Marsilla street, the rent for the summer months of a very pretty detached house of 80 square meters, finely furnished. The house built on two levels, consists of kitchen, living room and bathroom on the ground floor while the first floor there are two bedrooms (a total of four places beds) and a bathroom. A few meters away there is the beach of Spinazza, easily reached on foot. Marzamemi is a beautiful seaside village, which attracts millions of visitors each year. A few kilometers you can reach Pachino, the city of Noto famous for the Baroque, San Lorenzo’s beautiful beaches, the nature reserve of Vendicari, Siracusa, and much more.
